If you have several e-mail accounts connected with your Outlook it’s only possible to track e-mails to the CRM from one e-mail account.
How shall you proceed to work around this?
Send the e-mails; which is not connected with the CRM, to your other account. From there you will then be able to track the e-mail with CRM as usual.
