Absalon Support is a part of Absalon Solution Center and we are here for you, to assist you with user questions and any other support problems you might have.
If a customer has a signed support agreement we will of course follow the terms in this agreement when working with the support cases.
There are several ways of reporting a support case to us:
- Call +46-40-660 73 90 and ask for Solution Center/Support.
- Send an e-mail to support@absaloncrm.com
- Register your case at Absalon Web Portalaccording to the login instructions you have received from Solution Center.
If you haven’t received instructions please contact us and we will assist you.
Please note that it is not recommended to send a support case directly to a named person, this might cause a delay in our possibility to assist you with your questions!
