Our latest version based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 allows users to customize their workspace with real-time dashboards. Dashboards allow the user to collect important data and reproduce it in graphs, bars, and lists etcetera in one place instead of having to navigate around the system to look at it.
Business case scenario – the sales rep wants to see all the opportunities he owns in a chart beside a list of agreed quota for this sales period or the team leader wants a list of all available resources next to a chart of upcoming projects. The possibilities are endless with the new dashboard feature.
