Sure Step
When running our projects we use the project model Sure Step from Microsoft Dynamics. Sure Step is a full end-to-end model which provides guidance for project management, tools and templates, that is needed in all steps during an implementation project.
In many of our projects we co-operate with partners and using the same project model creates a common base for the project. The Sure Step is scalable and can be applied on different kinds of projects e.g. upgrades, rapid projects, enterprise projects.
