We will show you how to work with project, create project models, plan resources and create time reports in Absalon CRM 2011. We will also briefly demonstrate how to handle cases, installations and inventories.

Goal

The goal is to obtain basic information about how to work with projects, e.g. create a project, projectactivitites and project log. Plan resources and timereporting in Absalon CRM are also included.

Previous knowledge

You should have worked with Microsoft CRM earlier or attended another training, e.g. ”Introduction Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011”. General knowledge in Microsoft Windows and understanding of Customer Relationship Management is also needed.
