Introduction Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Price: No charge, condition is that attending company has designated Absalon International as POR – Partner of Record – latest the day before the training starts.

Place: online via GoTo Meeting, Invitation will be sent out by email the day before the training starts, if above condition is fulfilled.

We will work with base information (e.g. create account, contact & connetions) and how to navigate in Microsoft CRM Outlook client.

Goal

The goal is to obtain short basic information to be able to find your way in the system, look for data, track data from Outlook to CRM and to add new data.

Target group

The training is for you who haven’t worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 before.

Previous knowledge

General knowledge in Microsoft Windows and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
