Licensed customers with using the Absalon add-ons have access to Absalon support. This includes access to:

- Asking user questions on the Absalon CRM.

- Making Change Requests within the customer CRM solution.

- Requesting assistance when something is not working as intended.

SA, updates and new Absalon CRM releases

Licensed customers with Absalon have access to the latest releases in the Absalon CRM. Customers with unique solutions on top of Absalon CRM will be offered the latest releases and a work order will be offered, upon request, to enter the new Absalon CRM features into the customer CRM.

Absalon SLA customers

Absalon offers a Service Level Agreements to meet the needs of our customers that need assistance within a certain amount of time. For customers within the SLA-agreements, Absalon works within the regulated times set in the specific agreement with our SLA-customers.

Microsoft rollups for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

At Absalon we strive to keep our product up-to-date with the latest releases from Microsoft CRM. The nature of technical development considered, Absalon customer are advised to contact Absalon Support prior to installing any rollups for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure product integrity. As rollups are released from Microsoft, Absalon verifies functionality integrity, and will contact customers that may be affected by a rollup.
