Absalon awarded the "Growth Star" by Innovationsbron (Innovationbridge)
Absalon announced today that it received the distinguished “Growth Star” award from Innovationsbron at a ceremony in Stockholm last week. Innovationsbron (Innovationbridge) is a Swedish financial institution with a portfolio of about 140 companies and by growing with 889% Absalon was outpacing the rest of the portfolio companies.
Absalon develops software for CRM with focus on Whole Sale Trade processes within Life Science, Consumer Goods as well as the Professional Services-industry. The company with HQ in Malmoe Sweden, started an international expansion during 2011 and now have customers 15 countries and a partner channel including some of the leading Dynamics CRM partners in these countries. During the late fall of 2011 a representative office was established in New York.

Absalon is working on a market that by IDC is estimated to grow at least 7% in 2012 from a value of 18 billion USD in 2011. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the CRM platform to be recognized by Forrester Research as the leader before other vendors like SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.com. The industries Life Science and Consumer Goods are often mentioned to be one of the hottest industries to adapt and invest in new CRM-technologies.
