Absalon initiated expansion of its business on the US-Market by establishing Absalon CRM Inc.

Absalon announced today it has expanded its operation to the US Market by establishing Absalon CRM Inc., a fully owned subsidiary to Absalon International.
Using the Swedish Trade Council resources, Absalon initiated the expansion by incorporating the business out of New York. The first step is to establish key partnerships for the US market. Once the partnerships are established, Absalon CRM Inc. will grow as the market demands.
Phase 1 of the expansion also includes near-shore support by the Absalon top management, as well as colleagues within the Absalon organization who are US citizens.
“Since participating as an Exhibitor at Convergence in Atlanta this spring, the interest of our solutions have increased from key decision makers within Microsoft, key Microsoft partners and a promising number of US-based customers” said Sebastian Merlöv, CEO, Absalon International.
“As this is personally my third time establishing an US-based presence, I already know of the opportunities and the challenges. We take this expansion step-by-step and invest in the market according to the alignment with Microsoft, partners and growth of our customer-base.”
Absalon solutions have been available for the US-Market since the summer of 2011 via Microsoft Dynamic Marketplace. The solutions are Certified for Microsoft Dynamics CRM – the highest level of certifications of solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics-platform.
